<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Tổ chức, cá nhân đề nghị cấp Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện của doanh nghiệp quảng cáo nước ngoài tại Việt Nam gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum. </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch, thẩm định hồ sơ và trình UBND tỉnh, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh xem xét, cấp Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện và gửi bản sao giấy phép đó đến Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch. Trường hợp hồ sơ chưa hợp lệ, trong thời gian 03 ngày, kể từ ngày nhận hồ sơ, Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh gửi văn bản yêu cầu doanh nghiệp quảng cáo nước ngoài bổ sung, hoàn chỉnh hồ sơ.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> Bước 4: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp Giấy phép thành lập Văn phòng đại diện do người đại diện có thẩm quyền của doanh nghiệp quảng cáo nước ngoài ký (theo mẫu);</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản sao giấy đăng ký kinh doanh hoặc các giấy tờ có giá trị tương đương của doanh nghiệp nước ngoài được cơ quan có thẩm quyền nơi doanh nghiệp thành lập hoặc đăng ký kinh doanh xác nhận; </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Báo cáo tài chính có kiểm toán hoặc các tài liệu khác có giá trị tương đương chứng minh được sự tồn tại và hoạt động của doanh nghiệp quảng cáo nước ngoài trong năm tài chính gần nhất;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">* Các giấy tờ quy định tại ý 2 và ý 3 phải dịch ra tiếng Việt và được cơ quan đại diện ngoại giao, cơ quan lãnh sự của Việt Nam ở nước ngoài chứng thực và thực hiện việc hợp pháp hóa lãnh sự theo quy định của pháp luật Việt Nam.</span></span></div>
