<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Tổ chức đề nghị cấp giấy phép tổ chức thi người đẹp, người mẫu trong phạm vi địa phương gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> Bước 3: Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch giúp UBND tỉnh thẩm định hồ sơ và trình UBND tỉnh cấp giấy phép theo thẩm quyền. Trong thời hạn 15 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận đầy đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, UBND tỉnh cấp giấy phép, trường hợp không cấp giấy phép phải có văn bản trả lời, nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 4: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần. </span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp giấy phép tổ chức cuộc thi (theo mẫu);</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đề án tổ chức cuộc thi, trong đó nêu rõ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Tên cuộc thi thể hiện bằng tiếng Việt (trường hợp tên cuộc thi có sử dụng tiếng nước ngoài thì viết tên bằng tiếng Việt trước, tên nước ngoài sau).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Mục đích, ý nghĩa của cuộc thi phải thể hiện rõ và phù hợp với tên gọi của cuộc thi, quy mô, phạm vi tổ chức cuộc thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Thể lệ cuộc thi quy định rõ điều kiện, tiêu chí của thí sinh dự thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Nội dung, trình tự tổ chức, thời gian và địa điểm tổ chức cuộc thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Danh hiệu, cơ cấu giải thưởng, giá trị giải thưởng và thời gian trao giải.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Quyền và nghĩa vụ của tổ chức, cá nhân tổ chức cuộc thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Quyền và nghĩa vụ của thí sinh dự thi và thí sinh đạt giải.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">. Đối với thí sinh dự thi: Thực hiện đúng thể lệ, quy chế của cuộc thi người đẹp, người mẫu do đơn vị tổ chức quy định; Tham dự đầy đủ các phần thi theo quy định tại đề án tổ chức cuộc thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">. Đối với thí sinh đạt giải: Trong thời gian tối đa 24 tháng, kể từ ngày đạt giải nhất trong cuộc thi người đẹp, người mẫu, phải thực hiện các hoạt động xã hội, từ thiện theo kế hoạch của Ban tổ chức cuộc thi đã được cơ quan cấp phép phê duyệt.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Danh sách và quy chế hoạt động của Ban tổ chức, Ban giám khảo.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Kinh phí tổ chức cuộc thi và có văn bản chứng minh nguồn tài chính tổ chức cuộc thi.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Đơn đăng ký dự thi của thí sinh (theo mẫu).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản sao quyết định thành lập hoặc giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp (Đối tượng lần đầu thực hiện thủ tục hành chính và đối tượng trong quá trình hoạt động đã có hành vi vi phạm quy định tại Điều 6 Nghị định số 79/2012/NĐ-CP (có phụ lục đính kèm) nộp bản sao có chứng thực hoặc mang bản gốc để đối chiếu).</span></span></div>
