<div style="text-align: justify;"><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Thủ tục: <i>Cấp giấy phép triển lãm mỹ thuật (Triển lãm mỹ thuật tại địa phương do cơ quan, tổ chức thuộc địa phương, cá nhân, nhóm cá nhân người Việt Nam hoặc người nước ngoài tổ chức; Đưa tác phẩm mỹ thuật Việt Nam ra nước ngoài triển lãm không mang danh nghĩa đại diện cho quốc gia Việt Nam)</i></b></span><br type="_moz" /> </span></div> <p> </p> <table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="643"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="170" valign="top"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Trình tự thực hiện:</b></span></span></div> </td> <td width="472"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b><u>Bước 1:</u></b> Tổ chức, cá nhân có nhu cầu đề nghị cấp phép triển lãm mỹ thuật gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b><u>Bước 2:</u></b> Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b><u>Bước 3:</u></b> Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch giúp UBND tỉnh thẩm định hồ sơ và trình UBND tỉnh cấp giấy phép theo thẩm quyền. Trong thời hạn 07 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận đầy đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh cấp giấy phép theo quy định, trường hợp không cấp giấy phép phải có văn bản trả lời, nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b><u>Bước 4</u></b><b><u>:</u></b> Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="170" valign="top"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Cách thức thực hiện:</b></span></span></div> </td> <td width="472"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Trực tiếp tại trụ sở Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công hoặc qua đường bưu điện (hoặc trực tuyến nếu có). </span></span></div> </td> </tr> <tr> <td width="170" valign="top"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Thành phần, số lượng hồ sơ:</b></span></span></div> </td> <td width="472"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Thành phần hồ sơ, bao gồm:         </span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><i>* Đối với triển lãm mỹ thuật tại địa phương do cơ quan, tổ chức thuộc địa phương, cá nhân, nhóm cá nhân người Việt Nam hoặc người nước ngoài tổ chức:</i></span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp giấy phép <i>(theo mẫu)</i>;</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Danh sách tác giả, tác phẩm, chất liệu, kích thước tác phẩm, năm sáng tác;</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Mỗi tác phẩm một ảnh màu kích thước 10x15 cm. Riêng đối với triển lãm nghệ thuật sắp đặt phải có ảnh chính diện, bên phải và bên trái tác phẩm, kèm theo văn bản trình bày ý tưởng nội dung tác phẩm. Trường hợp tác phẩm có chữ nước ngoài thì phải có bản dịch ra tiếng Việt. Tổ chức, cá nhân phải chịu trách nhiệm về nội dung bản dịch;</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với triển lãm ngoài trời được tổ chức tại Việt Nam phải có văn bản của chủ địa điểm triển lãm cam kết đảm bảo các điều kiện về trật tự, an toàn xã hội, văn minh công cộng, vệ sinh môi trường và phòng chống cháy nổ;</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">* <i>Đối với trường hợp đưa tác phẩm mỹ thuật ra nước ngoài triển lãm</i>:</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp giấy phép <i>(theo mẫu)</i> </span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Danh sách tác giả, tác phẩm, chất liệu, kích thước tác phẩm, năm sáng tác;</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Mỗi tác phẩm một ảnh màu kích thước 10x15 cm. Riêng đối với triển lãm nghệ thuật sắp đặt phải có ảnh chính diện, bên phải và bên trái tác phẩm, kèm theo văn bản trình bày ý tưởng nội dung tác phẩm.
