1.Cấp giấy phép hoạt động bảo tàng ngoài công lập

<table border="1" cellspacing="0" cellpadding="0" width="643"> <tbody> <tr> <td width="170" valign="top"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Trình tự thực hiện:</b></span></span></div> </td> <td width="472"> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b><u>Bước 1</u></b><b>: </b>Tổ chức, cá nhân có yêu cầu cấp giấy phép hoạt động bảo tàng ngoài công lập gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh. </span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"> <b>Bước 2:</b> Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lệ và đầy đủ của hồ sơ.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ, hợp lệ thì tiếp nhận và viết giấy hẹn.</span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ chưa đầy đủ hoặc chưa hợp lệ thì hướng dẫn chỉnh sửa, bổ sung. </span></span></div> <div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><b>Bước 3</b>: Sở Văn hóa, thể thao và Du lịch thẩm định hồ sơ trình Ủy ban nhân dân tỉnh xem xét, quyết định.
