<p><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";"><strong>Thủ tục: Cấp giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện kinh doanh của doanh nghiệp kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao tổ chức hoạt động Lân Sư Rồng.</strong> </span></span></p>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Doanh nghiệp đề nghị cấp giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Vào giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Trường hợp hồ sơ cần sửa đổi, bổ sung Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch thông báo trực tiếp hoặc bằng văn bản những nội dung cần sửa đổi, bổ sung đến doanh nghiệp trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận hồ sơ.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Trong thời hạn bảy ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch phải kiểm tra các điều kiện kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao của doanh nghiệp theo quy định và cấp giấy chứng nhận đủ điều kiện kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Trường hợp không cấp, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Vào giờ hành chính từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản sao Giấy chứng nhận đăng ký doanh nghiệp; bản sao văn bằng, chứng chỉ, giấy chứng nhận của nhân viên chuyên môn đối với cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao thuộc Danh mục hoạt động thể thao bắt buộc có hướng dẫn tập luyện hoặc cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao mạo hiểm.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Yêu cầu, điều kiện:</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(1) Có nguồn tài chính bảo đảm hoạt động kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao. Nguồn tài chính do cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao tự chịu trách nhiệm</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(2) Cơ sở vật chất</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Hoạt động tập luyện, thi đấu và biểu diễn môn Lân Sư Rồng trong nhà, trong sân tập phải đáp ứng những yêu cầu sau đây:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Sàn tập luyện có diện tích ít nhất 200m2;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Mặt sàn phải bằng phẳng, không trơn trượt;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Khoảng cách từ mặt sàn đến trần nhà ít nhất là 05m. Trong trường hợp có sử dụng dàn mai hoa thung khoảng cách từ mặt sàn đến trần nhà ít nhất là 07m;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Hệ thống chiếu sáng bảo đảm độ rọi từ 150 Lux trở lên;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có khu vực vệ sinh, thay đồ, nơi để đồ dùng cá nhân cho người tập;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có bảng nội quy quy định những nội dung chủ yếu sau: Giờ tập luyện, đối tượng tham gia tập luyện, các đối tượng không được tham gia tập luyện, trang phục khi tham gia tập luyện, các biện pháp bảo đảm an toàn khi tập luyện. </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Hoạt động tập luyện, thi đấu và biểu diễn môn Lân Sư Rồng ngoài trời phải bảo đảm các yêu cầu sau đây:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Sàn tập luyện có diện tích ít nhất 200m2;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Mặt sàn phải bằng phẳng, không trơn trượt;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Hệ thống chiếu sáng bảo đảm độ rọi từ 150 Lux trở lên;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có khu vực vệ sinh, thay đồ, nơi để đồ dùng cá nhân cho người tập;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có bảng nội quy quy định những nội dung chủ yếu sau: Giờ tập luyện, đối tượng tham gia tập luyện, các đối tượng không được tham gia tập luyện, trang phục khi tham gia tập luyện, các biện pháp bảo đảm an toàn khi tập luyện. </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(3) Trang thiết bị </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Đầu Rồng, mình Rồng, đầu Lân, đuôi Lân, các loại trang phục và đạo cụ như: loại trống, chiêng, thanh la, nạ bạt phải đảm bảo an toàn và phù hợp với quy định của Luật thi đấu Lân Sư Rồng hiện hành hoặc theo truyền thống của từng địa phương.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Các trang thiết bị, đạo cụ dùng để tập luyện, thi đấu và biểu diễn là vũ khí thô sơ phải được quản lý và sử dụng theo quy định của pháp luật.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">c) Dàn Mai hoa thung: Độ cao của cột cao nhất không vượt quá 03m, xung quanh dàn Mai hoa thung phải có đệm bảo vệ.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">d) Cột Lân leo phải bảo đảm chắc chắn, chiều cao tối đa không vượt quá 10m. Cột leo từ 06m trở lên bắt buộc bằng kim loại. Hệ thống chân đế của cột phải chắc chắn, có dây chằng cột, nệm bảo vệ xung quanh cột và dây bảo hiểm bảo đảm an toàn cho người tập luyện. </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(4) Mật độ hướng dẫn tập luyện: Mỗi người hướng dẫn tập luyện hướng dẫn không quá 30 người/01 nội dung tập luyện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(5) Nhân viên chuyên môn</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Đối với cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao thuộc một trong các trường hợp: </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Cung cấp dịch vụ hướng dẫn tập luyện thể thao;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao thuộc Danh mục hoạt động thể thao bắt buộc có hướng dẫn tập luyện. Danh mục hoạt động thể thao bắt buộc có hướng dẫn tập luyện do Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch quy định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Phải có người hướng dẫn tập luyện thể thao đáp ứng một trong các điều kiện sau:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Là huấn luyện viên hoặc vận động viên phù hợp với hoạt động thể thao đăng ký kinh doanh có đẳng cấp từ cấp 2 trở lên hoặc tương đương;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Có bằng cấp về chuyên ngành thể dục, thể thao từ bậc trung cấp trở lên phù hợp với hoạt động thể thao đăng ký kinh doanh;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Được tập huấn chuyên môn thể thao theo quy định của Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Đối với cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao mạo hiểm phải có đủ nhân viên chuyên môn sau đây:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Người hướng dẫn tập luyện thể thao đáp ứng một trong các điều kiện sau:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Là huấn luyện viên hoặc vận động viên phù hợp với hoạt động thể thao đăng ký kinh doanh có đẳng cấp từ cấp 2 trở lên hoặc tương đương;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Có bằng cấp về chuyên ngành thể dục, thể thao từ bậc trung cấp trở lên phù hợp với hoạt động thể thao đăng ký kinh doanh;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Được tập huấn chuyên môn thể thao theo quy định của Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Nhân viên cứu hộ tại cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao là người được tập huấn chuyên môn theo quy định của Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Nhân viên y tế thường trực cơ sở kinh doanh hoạt động thể thao là người có trình độ chuyên môn từ trung cấp y tế trở lên hoặc văn bản thỏa thuận với cơ sở y tế gần nhất về nhân viên y tế để sơ cứu, cấp cứu người tham gia hoạt động thể thao mạo hiểm trong trường hợp cần thiết.</span></span></div>
