<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Người đề nghị cấp thẻ hướng dẫn viên du lịch nội địa gửi hồ sơ trực tiếp, trực tuyến hoặc qua đường bưu điện đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung; trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch phải thông báo bằng văn bản và nêu rõ yêu cầu sửa đổi, bổ sung;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trong thời hạn 15 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch cấp thẻ hướng dẫn viên du lịch nội địa cho người đề nghị; trường hợp từ chối, phải trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Thành phần hồ sơ: </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp thẻ hướng dẫn viên du lịch nội địa (theo mẫu);</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Sơ yếu lý lịch có xác nhận của Ủy ban nhân dân cấp xã nơi cư trú;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Giấy tờ chứng minh điều kiện về trình độ nghiệp vụ: Bản sao có chứng thực bằng tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành hướng dẫn du lịch; hoặc bản sao có chứng thực bằng tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành khác và bản sao có chứng thực chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ hướng dẫn du lịch nội địa;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Giấy chứng nhận sức khỏe do cơ sở khám bệnh, chữa bệnh có thẩm quyền cấp trong thời hạn không quá 06 tháng tính đến thời điểm nộp hồ sơ;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- 02 ảnh chân dung màu cỡ 3 cm x 4 cm.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Số lượng hồ sơ: 01 (bộ).</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(1) Có quốc tịch Việt Nam, thường trú tại Việt Nam;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(2) Có năng lực hành vi dân sự đầy đủ;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(3) Không mắc bệnh truyền nhiễm, không sử dụng chất ma túy;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(4) Tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành hướng dẫn du lịch; trường hợp tốt nghiệp trung cấp trở lên chuyên ngành khác phải có chứng chỉ nghiệp vụ hướng dẫn du lịch nội địa.</span></span></div>
