<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Tổ chức, cá nhân đề nghị công nhận điểm du lịch gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung; trong thời hạn 03 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch phải thông báo bằng văn bản và nêu rõ yêu cầu sửa đổi, bổ sung;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trong thời hạn 20 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch thẩm định và trình Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh;.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trong thời hạn 10 ngày kể từ ngày nhận được kết quả thẩm định, Ủy ban nhân dân cấp tỉnh quyết định công nhận điểm du lịch; trường hợp từ chối, phải trả lời bằng văn bản và nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ 2 đến thứ 6 hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản thuyết minh về điều kiện công nhận điểm du lịch.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Số lượng hồ sơ: 01 (bộ).</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(1) Có tài nguyên du lịch, có ranh giới xác định trên bản đồ.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(2) Có kết cấu hạ tầng, dịch vụ cần thiết bảo đảm phục vụ khách du lịch, bao gồm:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có kết nối giao thông, thông tin liên lạc thuận lợi;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có điện, nước sạch; </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có biển chỉ dẫn, thuyết minh về điểm du lịch;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có dịch vụ ăn uống, mua sắm.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">(3) Đáp ứng điều kiện về an ninh, trật tự, an toàn xã hội, bảo vệ môi trường, bao gồm:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có bộ phận bảo vệ trực 24 giờ mỗi ngày;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Công khai số điện thoại, địa chỉ của tổ chức, cá nhân quản lý điểm du lịch;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có hình thức tiếp nhận và giải quyết kịp thời phản ánh, kiến nghị của khách du lịch;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Nhà vệ sinh công cộng sạch sẽ, được thông gió và đủ ánh sáng, được bố trí đủ, tương ứng với số lượng khách du lịch vào thời kỳ cao điểm;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Có biện pháp thu gom và xử lý rác thải, nước thải sinh hoạt theo quy định của pháp luật về bảo vệ môi trường; bố trí nhân lực làm vệ sinh môi trường;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Áp dụng các biện pháp phòng, chống cháy nổ theo quy định của pháp luật.</span></span></div>
