<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Thủ tục: Giám định văn hóa phẩm xuất khẩu không nhằm mục đích kinh doanh của cá nhân, tổ chức ở địa phương</span></span></strong></p>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Tổ chức, cá nhân có văn hóa phẩm là các loại phim của các cơ quan, tổ chức hoặc phim hợp tác cung cấp dịch vụ làm phim cho nước ngoài chưa được công bố, phổ biến; di vật, cổ vật, bảo vật quốc gia đề nghị giám định văn hóa phẩm phẩm xuất khẩu không nhằm mục đích kinh doanh gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Trong thời hạn 10 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch tổ chức giám định văn hóa phẩm, Trong trường hợp đặc biệt, cơ quan giám định sẽ quyết định thời gian giám định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 4: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp giấy phép nhập khẩu văn hóa phẩm (theo mẫu).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Văn hóa phẩm đề nghị giám định (bản gốc).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản sao quyết định cho phép xuất khẩu di vật, cổ vật (bao gồm cả di vật, cổ vật tái xuất khẩu) của Bộ trưởng Bộ Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Tài liệu có liên quan chứng minh nguồn gốc, xuất xứ hợp pháp của di vật, cổ vật.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Số lượng hồ sơ: 01 (bộ).</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Không quá 10 ngày làm việc kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ. Trong trường hợp đặc biệt, thời gian giám định tối đa không quá 15 ngày làm việc. </span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Phí thẩm định nội dung văn hóa phẩm xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu. Mức thu: </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">1. Đối với tác phẩm tạo hình, mỹ thuật ứng dụng, tranh:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 10 tác phẩm đầu tiên: 300.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 11 tới tác phẩm thứ 49: 270.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 50 trở đi: 240.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định, tối đa không quá 15.000.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">2. Đối với tác phẩm nhiếp ảnh:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 10 tác phẩm đầu tiên: 100.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 11 tới tác phẩm thứ 49: 90.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 50 trở đi: 80.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">3. Đối với đồ chơi trẻ em: 650.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">4. Đối với máy trò chơi điện tử có cài đặt chương trình trả thưởng:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 1 máy/lần thẩm định: 300.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với từ 2 máy trở lên/lần thẩm định: 500.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">5. Đối với thiết bị chuyên dùng cho trò chơi ở sòng bạc: 500.000 đồng/sản phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
