<p><strong><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Thủ tục: Cấp phép nhập khẩu văn hóa phẩm không nhằm mục đích kinh doanh</span></span></strong></p>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 1: Tổ chức, cá nhân đề nghị cấp phép nhập khẩu văn hóa phẩm không nhằm mục đích kinh doanh gửi hồ sơ đến Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Địa chỉ: 70 Lê Hồng Phong, thành phố Kon Tum.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 2: Cán bộ tiếp nhận kiểm tra tính hợp lý và đầy đủ của hồ sơ:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ đầy đủ thì công chức viết giấy hẹn </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Trường hợp hồ sơ còn thiếu và không hợp lệ thì công chức hướng dẫn về chỉnh sửa, bổ sung.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 3: Trong thời hạn 02 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ, Sở Văn hóa, Thể thao và Du lịch cấp giấy phép, trường hợp không cấp giấy phép phải có văn bản nêu rõ lý do.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Bước 4: Trả kết quả tại Trung tâm Phục vụ hành chính công tỉnh hoặc qua đường bưu điện.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Thời gian: Trong giờ hành chính, từ thứ hai đến thứ sáu hàng tuần.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">a) Thành phần hồ sơ, bao gồm:         </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đơn đề nghị cấp giấy phép nhập khẩu văn hóa phẩm (theo mẫu).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Giấy chứng nhận bản quyền tác giả, bản dịch tóm tắt nội dung phim; giấy ủy quyền; chứng nhận hoặc cam kết sở hữu hợp pháp đối với di vật, cổ vật, cụ thể:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Cá nhân, tổ chức nhập khẩu phim để phổ biến theo quy định của pháp luật phải cung cấp giấy chứng nhận bản quyền tác giả; hợp đồng; bản dịch tóm tắt nội dung phim.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Cá nhân, tổ chức nhập khẩu di vật, cổ vật phải cung cấp giấy chứng nhận hoặc cam kết sở hữu hợp pháp đối với di vật, cổ vật.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">+ Cá nhân, tổ chức làm dịch vụ giao nhận vận chuyển văn hóa phẩm nhập khẩu cho khách hàng phải cung cấp giấy ủy quyền.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Bản sao vận đơn hoặc giấy báo nhận hàng (nếu có).</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">b) Số lượng hồ sơ: 01 (bộ).</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">02 ngày làm việc, kể từ ngày nhận đầy đủ hồ sơ hợp lệ; Trường hợp phải xin ý kiến các Bộ, ngành khác thời hạn tối đa là 10 ngày làm việc.</span></span></div>

<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">Phí thẩm định nội dung văn hóa phẩm xuất khẩu, nhập khẩu. Mức thu: </span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">1. Đối với tác phẩm tạo hình, mỹ thuật ứng dụng, tranh:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 10 tác phẩm đầu tiên: 300.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 11 tới tác phẩm thứ 49: 270.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 50 trở đi: 240.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định, tối đa không quá 15.000.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">2. Đối với tác phẩm nhiếp ảnh:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 10 tác phẩm đầu tiên: 100.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định;</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 11 tới tác phẩm thứ 49: 90.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Từ tác phẩm thứ 50 trở đi: 80.000 đồng/tác phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">3. Đối với đồ chơi trẻ em: 650.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">4. Đối với máy trò chơi điện tử có cài đặt chương trình trả thưởng:</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với 1 máy/lần thẩm định: 300.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">- Đối với từ 2 máy trở lên/lần thẩm định: 500.000 đồng/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
<div><span style="font-size: medium;"><span style="font-family: "Times New Roman";">5. Đối với thiết bị chuyên dùng cho trò chơi ở sòng bạc: 500.000 đồng/sản phẩm/lần thẩm định.</span></span></div>
